- Is there a reason the section on lying characters was removed? I haven't found any indication in the Forums that characters now tell the truth about their skills. Did it change, and if so when?

If you are recruiting for someone with the Driving skill you will be presented with a list of people who say they have the skill you need. That doesn't mean they actually have that skill. - - Until your Fame reaches the triple digits (about 400), you should consider yourself lucky if your new recruit is also honest.

Sorry, I forgot to put in a comment. It changed a few weeks ago - characters that would previously have lied now recruit with the correct skill, but only 15 points. I have a couple of characters in Texan to prove it :)
