A character's wages are based on the following factors:

  1. Age - older characters demand higher wages
  2. Attributes - characters with higher Strength, Dexterity, and Speed scores demand higher wages
  3. Skills - characters with higher skill scores demand higher wages

Wages are paid weekly when the financial update occurs.
