Overview
A common vehicle for trader escort missions, the twin HMGs will destroy the initial onslaught of enemy Badlanders and other similar vehicles. The problem is after 2-3 turns of sustained fire the recoil from the twin HMGs will often flip the vehicle, making for an exciting (and short) running battle. In other words, this is a suicidal car to drive.
The Evan Enforcer is a surprisingly efficient variant of the small Symphony chassis.. The dual CR allow this car to strike accurately at a longer range than most, as well as dealing significant damage. It's best to stay out of this cars' sights, as it can dent even the heaviest armor during a single turn.

This variant and chassis are among the more commonly seen outside of Somerset.

This car lives up to its name. The near-recoilless CR and the decent MMG combined with the Voyager's handling make this foe a nuisance in close combat, and it's more than capable of chasing if the need should arise thanks to its 3.2L engine. It's a squirrelly little car, so expect it to keep on you and get into the fray.

The safest way to kill it is to put your heavier guns on its side, or get a lighter car to orbit it.
Thankfully not so common, and mainly seen outside of Somerset.
The second of the chase-type Phoenixes, this variant trades the heavy-recoil HMG for a weaker MMG, making it a more effective high-speed chaser. Still more than capable of tearing light armor.
While this small sub-compact may tip easy, its HMG may make you tumble over. The best tactic is to flip this chassis on it's back and just leave it, as it does carry enough armor to withstand a significant amount of punishment.

This car is probably one of the most well known, as it's the exact same car that one can rent. The Antagonist is the "all-rounder" unit of a squad, able to chew through armour quickly with sustained Heavy Machine Gun fire, and snipe from behind its allies with the Car Rifle. While the 2.5L engine doesn't make it very fast, its high-damage, high-accuracy weapons mean you don't want to be flanked by it. Once you've flanked it however...

Reasonably common outside Somerset. Used less frequently down south, but makes an appearance every once in a while. If you're new to scouting, take it for a spin in your first scout: it's exceptionally stable and sticks fantastically to dunes.
Do not underestimate this car. Twin MMGs give a powerful punch, and medium rockets all round make it a pain for muscle scouts. Armour isn't bad either. If you scout out of SS in a phoenix, this is one of the nastiest things you're likely to find. Its one weakness is its slow speed. If you're in a bigger car, make this a priority target. In a muscle car, try to bait it into firing off its rockets at long range, and whatever you do don't get in front of it.
Overview
The BPU is an excellent combat vehicle, capable of mounting weaponry equivalent to a Buzzer with the speed of an Apache. But the BPU's greatest strength is its turning radius - the BPU can spin like a top, making an excellent dogfighter as well. The BPU is also an excellent climber for a large vehicle.
The downside is that armor is not as heavy nor as strong as an Apache, and the chassis does not handle recoil or weapon hits as well either. Another downside is the lack of rear-weapon mounts, which is partially offset by its dogfighting capability.
The Silage turns the Wurzel's weakness of slow speed into an advantage, by mounting ballistic weapons on a vehicle that is nearly always in the rear of the initial NPC swarm. This makes good use of the PG and CGL. However, because PGs no longer gum up weapons, I recommend saving this vehicle for last, since you will waste half a clip blasting through the impenetrable armor and solid footing on the Wurzel, which could be better spent knocking enemy Marauders and Scorpions off their aim. Don't bother looting this thing unless it's a Gates encounter, as you won't be able to outrun anything even with a working engine.
Wurzel - Community Comment
If you are rolling down a hill with 3.2L V8, a tailwind and firing rear mounted weapons, the Wurzel can reach speeds of nearly 80mph. It is a rock-solid firing platform that turns and handles well as long as it`s not sitting still. The Wurzel has a tendency to slide some when the handbrake is engaged or idling.

Not real fast, but hills don`t slow it down and it has tough armor.
