The Evan Bandit is a hard-hitting grunt sedan, and if left unchecked, can tear through your armour in a few rounds. However, the Micromissile Launcher, combined with the force of sustained HMG fire, can send your smaller cars into orbit, and disrupt your larger cars' fire to prevent them from bringing their weapons to bear. Usually it acts as a support unit for enemies, but sometimes likes to close in.

If you can, tackle it from the sides or rear; if not, try to stay far enough away from its front that it can't train its guns on you.

Most frequently seen outside of Somerset, but also spotted all the way down to the Gateway-Badlands route.
