Expect to see this design when fighting bounty hunters. The Heavy Car Rifle in front can deal a world of hurt, and lets the Hunter snipe from long range, and if you run, it can give chase with the 4L engine.
Its weakness lays in the 70 bulk of its Heavy Car Rifle, which prevents the Hunter from seating more than one occupant, without room left for even one reload. Don't consider it a major threat until it's sustained fire on you for more than a few seconds and gets in mid-range.
