This variant of the [[Phoenix]] chassis carries the fast 4L engine, as well as a [[Heavy Machine Gun]] in the front, allowing it to disrupt and destroy most smaller cars in front of it. The rear-mounted [[Micromissile Launcher]]  is a deterrent to those that would just stay behind it, making the best tactic to use a high-impact weapon and hit the Badlander while it's trying to turn.

Quite common outside [[Somerset]], and the most common [[Phoenix]] variant. Expect to see at least one in each scout or travel you do.
