Very dangerous. The Super Strong Buzzer chassis means punching through the armor of this beast will take some work. Dual Heavy Flamethrowers mounted front means bad things will happen when the enemy gets close. Attempts to attack the sides will be met with 2 Light Rockets left and right.
Yes, that's 4 rocket shots even though the chassis only has single left and right mount points. This is either a bug in the design, or an NPC-playability advantage.
EDIT: This is WRONG. The Dragon's Breath now has twin front Car Cannons. The determination was probably made that this build was too easy to capture ... by people with plenty of Buzzers already. ;) -Phax
