Recruiter

A gang's Recruiter increases the gang's Fame for the purposes of Free character recruitment, which in turn boosts the primary skill of the character. It does not affect the character's potential.

The Recruiter specialism affects recruiting in all recruiting locations regardless of the location of the actual Recruiter.

'Free' characters also have a higher chance to max out at higher skills. (Verified:[1])
