This patch adds the ability to create your own custom skins for characters, in the same way that you create them for vehicles.
You will see a new "Custom Character Skins" section along with your Decals and Custom Car Skins.

As with vehicles, if you want to preview your work before uploading it, you will need to get the filename correct for showmodels to work. Basically, you need to know the correct base texture for the model you're using. To do this, append a _1 onto the end, so for example Alto becomes "alto_tex4_1.jpg"
