Engine v.121, Scripts v.264

This patches a number of bugs (thanks are due to the Mantis Reporter team!), including the annoying 'disappearing oil' bug and the embarrassing 'no auto tutorial in driving school' bug.

  • Delaying squads while monitoring shanty gates now no longer looks for a camp war.
  • Gateway Whirlwind now works
  • Some different behaviours per creature type (varying courage, plus varying propensity to hang around eating a dead character rather than pursuing other live ones)

The main additions in the patch have implemented what will be needed for the Halloween pedestrian event vs. Zombies. The same code will be useful for ‘gunfight in town’ events – which will be used in some upcoming narrative missions. Ped melee weapons are also implemented, with the Hammer being the first weapon that's available.
