Soon, mutants will turn up occasionally as player characters as well as in specific NPC mutant gangs.
Other
They will generally have two really good stats, and one not-so-good stat, i.e. high Strength and Speed, but low Dexterity, or high Dexterity and Speed, but low Strength. They will always age considerably faster than 'norms', and they will be more adept at picking up Psionics.
