The Struggle

You are approached by some members of the Reds faction while drinking in Dexter's (although the actual event spawns at Jakes for some reason).

You are asked to deliver a package from Elmsfield to Somerset, along with threats to not double cross the mission givers.

Transport (1) 20 bulk package from Elmsfield to Somerset or you can decide to steal the cargo.
(3) Choose to go against Vosstiyane and warn the Civ Council.
(3) Choose to go against the Civ Council quietly.
(3) Choose to go against the Civ Council aggressively.	?

Rewards
Stage 1 -- By pressing "OK" you get $1000 and Evan Reds Rep.
Stage 2 -- Deliver the package to Somerset - $3500
Stage 2 -- If you open the package... ?
Stage 3 -- You warn the Civ Council and.. ?
Stage 3 -- You go against the Civ Council quietly and receive a hit to Civ faction and a major increase to Reds faction. Gain $2000.
Stage 3 -- You go against the Civ Council aggressively and.. ?
