The Evan Enforcer is a surprisingly efficient variant of the small Symphony chassis.. The dual CR allow this car to strike accurately at a longer range than most, as well as dealing significant damage. It's best to stay out of this cars' sights, as it can dent even the heaviest armor during a single turn.
This variant and chassis are among the more commonly seen outside of Somerset.
