This variant of the Phoenix chassis, while not carrying many weapons, does still carry a heavy machine gun in the front, allowing it to disrupt and destroy most smaller cars in front of it. The rear-mounted MicroMissile is a deterrent to those that would just stay behind it, making the best tactic to use a high-impact weapon and hit the Badlander while it's trying to turn.

Quite common outside Somerset, and one of the most common Phoenix variants.
