The Raccoon chassis maybe be laughably weak and slow, but the Bandit is no laughing joke if allowed to sit undisturbed. As all but the most paranoid only put a few points of armor on their top or bottom, only a few rounds from the Bandits' CGL are needed to inflict internal damage, causing high stress and potentially disabling a vehicle.
Not particularly common, seen outside of Somerset.
