Do not underestimate this car. Twin MMGs give a powerful punch, and medium rockets all round make it a pain for muscle scouts. Armour isn't bad either. If you scout out of SS in a phoenix, this is one of the nastiest things you're likely to find. Its one weakness is its slow speed. If you're in a bigger car, make this a priority target. In a muscle car, try to bait it into firing off its rockets at long range, and whatever you do don't get in front of it.
